If you book an appointment, that means I hold that time for you and cannot book another client in that slot.

I do understand that some things in life are beyond our control, but

if you need to cancel an appointment please call at least 24 hours in advance.

 

If you are exhibiting any signs of illness specific to Covid-19, feel you may be getting sick, or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 in last 14 days, I ask that you please reschedule.
